Enterprise Account Executive

IdeogramSan Francisco, CA
Onsite

About The Position

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Ideogram, you will join an early, expanding sales team at the intersection of AI, creativity, and enterprise transformation. You will partner with recognizable brands to redefine design creation and scaling in an AI-native world, aiming to unlock new standards for quality, speed, and brand control. This role involves working directly with leadership, product, and engineering to establish Ideogram as a leading product for quality-obsessed brands. You will lead complex enterprise sales cycles, collaborating with senior stakeholders to overcome technical, legal, and organizational challenges, and educating executive leadership on the value of custom branded AI models. Beyond closing deals, you will contribute to shaping commercial strategy, influencing product direction, and building the enterprise sales playbook as the company scales.

Requirements

  • Enterprise sales excellence: 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS or technology, with a proven track record closing six- and seven-figure deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with enterprise companies.
  • Technical fluency: Experience with generative AI, creative tools, or a technical background that enables you to confidently discuss AI capabilities, integrations, and workflows with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You can clearly translate complex technology into business value for executive audiences.
  • Strategic deal execution: Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments across marketing, product, AI/ML, IT, procurement, legal, and the C-suite. Experience structuring and closing highly customized enterprise agreements and moving deals forward through complex buying processes.
  • Builder mindset: Comfort with ambiguity and fast-evolving environments. You thrive building from the ground up, creating new playbooks, defining processes, and operating with high ownership where perfect structure doesn't exist yet.
  • Curious problem solver: You're passionate about what customers are building. When someone describes their challenges, whether it's scaling creative operations or maintaining brand consistency, you're thinking about whether our models are the right fit, what blockers may arise, and how their needs will evolve. You balance revenue goals with authentic customer success.
  • Travel flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel throughout North America (US and Canada) 30-40% of the time to meet customers, attend industry events, and build strategic relationships in person.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise motion: Independently manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through close and expansion. Source your own pipeline through strategic outbound, research target accounts, qualify inbound leads, and build a diverse book of enterprise businesses that drive Ideogram's revenue goals.
  • Identify and capture high-potential opportunities: Proactively identify new business opportunities where Ideogram's custom branded models and workflow integrations can drive competitive advantage across marketing, product, AI, and design teams. Build relationships with key decision-makers across diverse functions and navigate complex organizational structures to uncover strategic entry points.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner to potential and existing customers: Build deep, long-term relationships with new and existing enterprise customers across marketing/creative, product, AI/ML, and executive teams. Partner with them to envision how AI-native design workflows can elevate creative quality, accelerate product development, and maintain brand consistency at scale.
  • Design sales strategies across segments: Execute sales strategies across diverse use cases such as API integrations and custom branded model training. Navigate complex procurement processes and collaborate with legal, security, and technical teams to structure deals that haven't been done before.
  • Build scalable sales operations: Help define sales playbooks, pricing strategies, qualification frameworks, and sales processes as we scale. Identify gaps and implement systems that will grow with the team. Translate customer needs and market signals back to product and research teams to inform our roadmap.
