About The Position

Salt Security is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own net-new business across enterprise accounts in NorCal (East Bay, Oakland, Sacramento) and the Pacific Northwest. The role involves driving multi-threaded sales cycles with CIOs, CISOs, application security, platform, and cloud leaders; aligning partners; and closing multi-solution deals spanning discovery, posture, and runtime protection. The Account Executive will build and execute a territory plan, generate pipeline through prospecting, partner co-selling, and executive networking, and manage full-cycle sales from discovery through close. The role works closely with sales engineers, product, and customer success to develop account strategies and support time-to-value and expansion. It includes hosting on-site sessions and workshops and regular travel throughout the Bay Area as required. Salt describes its culture as remote-friendly, autonomous, collaborative, and inclusive.
