Enterprise Account Executive
About The Position
Codazen is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to win new clients and help grow our technology consulting and software engineering business. AI is changing how enterprises build software. Codazen helps clients put it to work through AI-native software engineering and consulting, combining experienced engineering teams with AI-enabled development practices from idea through production. This is a full-cycle, new business sales role. You’ll build relationships with enterprise decision-makers, uncover opportunities, shape solutions with our technical leaders, and close consulting and software engineering engagements.
Requirements
- Experience selling technology consulting, software engineering services, or digital transformation engagements to enterprise clients.
- A demonstrated record of winning new client accounts and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Experience creating opportunities through your own prospecting and relationship building.
- Strong consultative selling skills, including discovery, executive presentations, proposal development, and negotiation.
- Ability to work with technical teams and explain complex solutions in terms of business outcomes.
- Experience managing long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
- Travel up to 25%, or as needed.
- Based in California.

- Experience selling AI-related consulting or software development services.
- An established network of enterprise technology or business leaders.
- SaaS sales experience, particularly alongside services or consulting sales.
Responsibilities
- Prospect into target accounts and build a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with executives and other stakeholders across client organizations.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand business goals, technical challenges, and buying priorities.
- Partner with Codazen’s technology and delivery leaders to shape proposals that meet client needs.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to negotiation and close.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and communicate progress, risks, and next steps.
- Represent Codazen in client meetings and industry events.
