We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, utilization strategies, customer retention through building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities within the child care industry.

Requirements

  • 5 - 8 years' successfully selling SaaS solutions to Enterprise level clients
  • Proven experience in Saas sales, payments experience a plus
  • Strong consultative selling abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence prospect’s decision through story based sales
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with people quickly
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to craft tailored proposals and strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Payments experience a plus
  • Understanding of child care operations and software solutions a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Strong sales acumen with technical/SaaS solution providers
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based software solutions

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining and driving revenue growth with existing customers through strategic planning and execution.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing customers through upselling Procare products and solutions.
  • Actively work to retain customers and foster ongoing engagement.
  • Negotiate and secure multi-year contract terms with c-level and senior leadership that are favorable for both customers and Procare, ensuring mutual benefits and revenue retention.
  • Effectively handle and resolve customer objections to close deals successfully.
  • Drive and take full accountability for the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and trust.
  • Organize, plan, and execute account reviews with enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and leadership to inspire confidence and respect.
  • Regularly evaluate client satisfaction to ensure top-level service and support.
  • Employ a consultative approach to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the payments and SaaS industries to effectively address client requirements.
  • Demonstrate a high level of motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through strategic planning and execution.
  • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and timely follow-ups.
  • Create and implement strategies to increase customer usage and satisfaction of Procare’s software solutions.
  • Build and execute in-person and virtual presentations to all levels within an organization.
  • Manage the RFP process and response for existing customers within portfolio.
