Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience as an Account Executive selling into HR, People, Talent or Learning & Development functions
  • Proven track record of consistently delivering high levels of success in B2B complex sales
  • Have sold to US or UK markets
  • Have a natural ability to build and maintain rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Obsession with building end-to-end sales systems and processes that fuel sustainable revenue growth
  • Demonstrated ability to meet, and exceed KPIs
  • Be fluent and incredibly articulate in English, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Be ready to be the CEO of your territory, from finding, meeting, negotiating, and closing new clients.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
