Enterprise Account Executive

AurorDenver, CO
$120,000 - $150,000Hybrid

About The Position

Auror is empowering the retail industry to tackle theft and Organized Retail Crime, a $150 Billion problem globally. Founded in New Zealand 12 years ago, Auror is working with leading retailers across the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, connecting people and intelligence to reduce crime. The company's mission is to reduce violent retail crime by 50% in 5 years, utilizing technology and AI to enhance its impact. Auror is seeking an enterprise seller to be at the center of changing how the retail industry fights Organized Retail Crime, moving away from legacy tools and gut instinct. The role is focused on the North American market, which is experiencing rapid growth and offers significant opportunities. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex stakeholders and selling to Loss Prevention and Asset Protection leaders who are actively seeking solutions like Auror's. The role is ideally based in Denver, CO, but remote talent in most states will be considered.

Requirements

  • Carried a quota in enterprise SaaS and know what it takes to move a complex, multi-stakeholder deal from first conversation to close
  • Build relationships that outlast the deal, senior buyers trust you because you understand their world, not just your product
  • Run a tight process — your pipeline is real, your forecasts are honest, and you don't let deals go quiet without knowing why
  • Analytically sharp using data to prioritise your territory, build account plans, and have a clear-eyed view of where your time creates the most leverage
  • Know how to differentiate in a competitive market — you don't lead with features, you lead with outcomes, and you can clearly articulate why Auror's approach gets retailers further than the alternatives
  • Can travel up to 30%
  • Know the retail or Loss Prevention space or you're genuinely curious about it and will do the work to get up to speed fast
  • Demonstrate a strong alignment to our Guiding Principles

Responsibilities

  • Building and executing a strategy that develops pipeline, accelerates deals, and systematically grows Auror's presence across North America
  • Building relationships with VP and C-suite Loss Prevention and Asset Protection leaders, and knowing how to move a multi-stakeholder deal forward without losing momentum
  • Running a disciplined sales process — managing the full cycle from prospecting through close, with the rigour that protects both win rate and customer experience
  • Leading compelling demos and presentations that connect Auror's platform to the specific operational and financial problems your buyers are trying to solve
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline visibility in CRM and giving leadership a clear, honest picture of where deals stand
  • Working closely with Customer Success at handover to ensure new customers are set up for fast time-to-value, not just signed
  • Representing Auror at industry events, building your profile in the Loss Prevention community, and influencing how the sector thinks about crime intelligence
  • Sharing field intelligence with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships so Auror stays sharp on what the market actually needs
