About The Position

Oak is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for the Southeast to help build a repeatable, process-driven sales motion for its AI-native Identity Operating System. The role owns the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, negotiations, and close, and focuses on Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts. The Account Executive will engage security, IAM, and IT stakeholders, manage opportunities using MEDDIC, and maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot. The role also partners with Oak’s Tel Aviv product team, sharing field insights that can inform the product roadmap, and serves as a credible domain presence in conversations about identity governance and administration (IGA), identity lifecycle, and AI agent proliferation.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of closing experience as an Enterprise Account Executive in high-growth SaaS, with a cybersecurity background.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding annual quotas of $1M or more.
  • Experience at an early-stage Seed or Series A startup.
  • Fluency in structured discovery and disciplined sales-cycle management.
  • Ability to build credibility and trust with CISOs, VP-level security leaders, and executive sponsors.
  • Based on the East Coast and ready to travel to customers.
  • High-energy, self-directed, and coachable, with urgency, accountability, transparency, and collaborative working practices.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from cold prospecting and structured discovery through high-stakes demos, commercial negotiations, and close.
  • Identify, prioritize, and penetrate Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts, navigating organizational structures to reach security, IAM, and IT stakeholders.
  • Apply MEDDIC across active opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, uncover risks early, and support strong win rates in competitive deals.
  • Maintain precise, up-to-date pipeline data in HubSpot.
  • Partner with Oak’s Tel Aviv product team to share recurring customer feedback and insights about identity attack surfaces, non-human identity risks, and access governance gaps.
  • Represent Oak credibly in discussions about IGA, identity lifecycle, and AI agent proliferation.
