About The Position

Advanced Utility Systems (AUS), a division of Harris, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their elite team. This role is responsible for driving growth within a dedicated territory of existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them navigate industry shifts and unlock new levels of success by leveraging AUS's cutting-edge software solutions, including the latest AI-powered tools. The Enterprise Account Executive will command the entire sales process, from initial discovery and software demonstrations to contract negotiations, using the MEDDIC framework. The goal is to consistently meet and exceed sales targets, build a robust pipeline in Salesforce, and champion the customer by forging lasting partnerships with key decision-makers. This is a remote role open to candidates anywhere in the US, requiring approximately 50% travel. Candidates must hold a current, valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationally, including to Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and a history of high achievement.
  • A proven, demonstrable record of crushing quotas in enterprise software sales.
  • Deep experience and established credibility selling complex solutions to electric, water, or gas utilities.
  • Proficiency in navigating complex sales cycles using methodologies like MEDDIC.
  • Fluency with Salesforce and an understanding of how to leverage AI for personal and professional effectiveness.
  • An energetic, self-motivated drive with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Must hold a current, valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationally (Canada, US, Caribbean).
