About The Position

Advanced Utility Systems (AUS), a division of Harris, is seeking a driven and strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join their elite team. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to established clients, helping them navigate industry shifts and unlock new levels of success by leveraging AUS's cutting-edge software solutions, including the latest AI-powered tools. The position is remote and welcomes candidates anywhere in the US, with approximately 50% travel required. Candidates must hold a current, valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationally, including to Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and a history of high achievement.
  • Proven, demonstrable record of crushing quotas in enterprise software sales.
  • Deep experience and established credibility selling complex solutions to electric, water, or gas utilities.
  • Proficiency in navigating complex sales cycles using methodologies like MEDDIC.
  • Fluency with Salesforce.
  • An energetic, self-motivated drive with exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Previous experience within the Harris Computer ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Own a dedicated territory of existing clients, identifying and closing opportunities to expand their use of the software suite.
  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Dive deep into clients' operations, understand their unique challenges, and strategically map innovative solutions to their goals.
  • Master the Deal: Command the entire sales process, from initial discovery and software demonstrations to contract negotiations, using the MEDDIC framework.
  • Crush Your Quota: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, building a robust pipeline in Salesforce and delivering high-quality wins.
  • Champion the Customer: Forge lasting partnerships with key decision-makers, ensuring they derive maximum value from their investment.
