About The Position

Limina is the contextual data intelligence platform built for the AI era. Evolved from Private AI, the world's most accurate PII and PHI de-identification engine, Limina has expanded into a full platform play that governs sensitive data across the entire enterprise AI lifecycle: from classification and redaction through to agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and real-time data security. Every prompt is a data transaction. Limina governs every one of them. Our platform pillars are data sovereignty, market-leading accuracy, and infrastructure built specifically for regulated industries. We deploy inside your environment, with no third-party data processing, and produce audit-ready compliance outputs across HIPAA, GDPR, CPRA, PCI-DSS, and more. Trusted by enterprise leaders including Zurich Insurance, MUFG Bank, RBC, Intact Insurance, Boehringer Ingelheim, Deloitte, and others. We are looking for a driven, intellectually curious Enterprise Account Executive based in New York City to own and grow Limina's presence across two of our most strategic verticals: life sciences and financial services. This is a purpose-built role for someone who understands how AI-native buying decisions are made inside regulated industries, and who can credibly engage the technical and AI leadership teams building the next generation of data-driven products and models. You will be a true hunter. You will source and close net-new enterprise deals across financial services, insurance, healthcare, and technology. You understand that selling data infrastructure to large, regulated organizations requires patience, domain credibility, and genuine expertise in how enterprises are wrestling with AI adoption and data governance. You bring all three. You will be the go-to-market owner for AI-native use cases in life sciences and financial services across North America, with New York as your base. Pharma, biotech, clinical research organizations, banks, insurers, and asset managers are all grappling with the same fundamental problem: how to put sensitive data to work inside AI without regulatory exposure. Limina solves that problem better than anyone. Your job is to make sure the right people in these industries know it.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 or more years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals in a SaaS, AI infrastructure, or data platform environment.
  • Demonstrated success selling to or within AI-native companies, or selling AI and ML infrastructure, data platforms, or developer tooling into large enterprise accounts. You understand how AI teams buy and what they care about.
  • Proven ability to navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving technical and AI leadership across large regulated organizations. You are comfortable selling to builders, not just buyers.
  • Genuine fluency in AI and ML infrastructure as a domain. You can hold a credible conversation about model training pipelines, RAG architectures, agentic workflows, and data quality with a Head of AI or CTO without needing to be educated first.
  • Hunter DNA. You build pipeline from scratch, prioritize with discipline, and close with conviction. You do not rely on inbound to carry your number.
  • Executive presence and communication skills sharp enough to command a room of senior enterprise decision-makers and translate highly technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Prior experience selling into life sciences or financial services is strongly preferred. You understand the data, the regulatory landscape, and the buyers specific to these industries.
  • Based in the New York City area or willing to relocate. Comfortable with in-person executive engagement and travel as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience at an AI-native or ML infrastructure company, such as model observability, LLM tooling, vector databases, data platforms, or AI developer infrastructure.
  • An existing network within the New York enterprise technology, financial services, or insurance ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI architectures, RAG pipelines, or MCP frameworks and the data governance challenges they create.
  • Experience with usage-based or consumption-driven pricing models.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close across life sciences and financial services accounts, with a relentless focus on net-new logo acquisition in AI-native and AI-investing organizations.
  • Build and execute a vertical territory plan for life sciences (pharma, biotech, CROs, medtech) and financial services (banks, insurers, asset managers, fintech), focusing on organizations actively building or scaling AI within regulated data environments.
  • Develop executive relationships with Chief AI Officers, Heads of AI and ML, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and other technical leadership, articulating how Limina unlocks the ability to build faster, train better models, and deploy AI with confidence inside regulated environments.
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations that connect how a prospect is handling sensitive data across their AI pipelines to Limina's solutions: Analytics, Pipeline, Comply, Security, and Agentic.
  • Use Limina's AI maturity arc as a sales framework, meeting buyers where they are and building a roadmap from their current state toward full data governance across their AI lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering and Customer Success to deliver compelling proofs of concept and ensure clean handoffs post-close.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and provide accurate pipeline forecasts that give leadership a reliable view of your territory.
  • Represent Limina at enterprise technology, AI, and financial services events across New York and North America, building the brand presence that generates inbound interest and warm introductions.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation: Uncapped commission structure, strong base salary, equity participation, and comprehensive benefits.
