Nebius Academy (powered by TripleTen) provides assessments and training for tech companies and aspiring professionals worldwide, helping companies & individuals transform their lives through career development and acquiring the new skills needed as a tech professional. Our focus on data science, machine learning, and generative AI helps tech-forward companies level up their employees' skills and drive innovation. We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help grow our B2B business by building pipeline and winning new enterprise customers. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys outbound prospecting, navigating complex enterprise deals, and working in a fast-moving environment where you can directly influence how we approach and win new business.

Requirements

3+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years in an SDR/BDR role and at least 1 year as an Account Executive.
Proven experience working with both Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts, including companies with $1B+ in annual revenue.
Experience selling deals with $40K+ annual ACV, with clear ownership of pipeline and revenue targets.
Strong outbound background is mandatory — you should be comfortable generating pipeline yourself through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and other channels.
Experience working in a sales organization with a dedicated SDR function and a clear understanding of effective SDR–AE collaboration and handoffs.
Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles, including champions, decision-makers, economic buyers, procurement, and blockers.
Clear evidence of professional growth and increasing responsibility — promotions, expanded territories, larger accounts, higher quotas, leadership responsibilities, or becoming a top performer in a specific area.
Proven top performance, supported by quota attainment, revenue/pipeline results, or top-performer recognition.
Experience in early- or mid-stage B2B companies; exposure to larger organizations (200+ employees) is a plus.
Proactive, adaptable, and hands-on, comfortable working with evolving processes and taking ownership without waiting for perfect structure.

Responsibilities

Spend 80%+ of your time prospecting and building your own pipeline, targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise companies with $1B+ in annual revenue.
Build a consistent pipeline of new opportunities through cold outbound across email, LinkedIn, calls, events, referrals, and creative prospecting channels.
Research and map target accounts, identify the right entry points, and multi-thread across 3+ stakeholders rather than relying on a single contact.
Own the full sales cycle from first outbound touch to closed-won, including discovery, business case development, negotiation, procurement, and contracting.
Identify and develop internal champions, equipping them with the business case, ROI narrative, and materials they need to sell Nebius Academy internally.
Navigate complex Enterprise buying processes by identifying champions, economic buyers, decision-makers, and potential blockers early in the cycle.
Take ownership of stalled opportunities: understand why deals stop moving and actively create a path forward, rather than relying on standard follow-ups.
Work closely with SDRs on account selection, messaging, prospecting tactics, and handoffs, sharing feedback on what converts into real opportunities.
Bring senior leadership and founders into strategic opportunities when their involvement can materially increase the likelihood of closing the deal.
Test new messaging, channels, and outbound approaches and use response rates, meetings booked, pipeline generated, and conversion data to continuously improve your sales motion.
Bring market and customer insights back to the team to help refine our ICP, positioning, messaging, and Enterprise GTM strategy.
Own an annual revenue quota and be accountable for both pipeline creation and closed revenue.
