About The Position

We are partnering with a growing provider of cloud-based voice and communications solutions to identify an experienced Enterprise Account Executive / Account Manager. The role is suited to a hands-on sales professional with a background in IP-based cloud communications, telecom, or related voice technologies. The position focuses on winning new enterprise business and expanding strategic relationships, including global enterprise accounts. It offers exposure to global cloud communications solutions and rewards initiative, strategic thinking, and sales execution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of successful enterprise sales or strategic account management experience.
• Demonstrated success in new-logo acquisition and enterprise revenue growth.
• Experience selling IP-based cloud communications, voice, telecom, CCaaS, CPaaS, or related solutions.
• Strong understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with senior executives.
• Experience expanding multinational or multi-location accounts.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to travel as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Drive new enterprise customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Identify and close new business opportunities within complex enterprise environments.
• Expand relationships and revenue within existing global enterprise accounts.
• Build executive-level relationships across multiple stakeholders and business units.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and opportunities through Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal technical, operations, and customer success teams.
