About The Position

Turner & Townsend are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Director to join our team in Portland, OR. In this strategic leadership role, you will manage and grow our valuable athletic apparel enterprise client relationship while driving revenue expansion and ensuring exceptional customer success. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with consultative relationship-building skills, leading a team to deliver outstanding results and exceed organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise account management, strategic account management, or enterprise sales leadership
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing large enterprise accounts with annual contract values exceeding $500,000
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing sales or account management teams
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the software-as-a-service (SaaS), technology, or professional services industry
  • Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as Sandler, Challenger Sale, or similar frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for the client, identifying expansion opportunities and driving revenue growth within existing accounts
  • Lead and mentor a team of account managers and customer success professionals, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at enterprise accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle for complex, multi-stakeholder deals, including needs analysis, solution design, proposal development, and contract negotiation
  • Monitor account health metrics, pipeline forecasts, and key performance indicators; prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, implementation, and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and generate business opportunities
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
