About The Position
A well-established, nonprofit, community-focused healthcare organization in the Shelton area is seeking a full-time ENT / Otolaryngology Physician to join its expanding practice. The organization is academically affiliated with the Yale School of Medicine and is nationally recognized for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The physician will provide comprehensive evaluation and management of ear, nose, and throat conditions across a broad patient population. This role offers a balanced mix of outpatient care and surgical procedures, supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and access to advanced diagnostic and surgical resources.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions including sinus disorders, hearing loss, allergies, voice disorders, and head & neck conditions
- Perform office-based procedures and surgical interventions as appropriate
- Provide both outpatient care and select inpatient/OR coverage
- Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists for coordinated patient care
- Utilize EMR for accurate documentation and patient management
- Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and post-operative recovery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices
