About The Position

POSITIONS PURPOSE The Enrollment Systems Manager collaborates closely with various departments across campus to lead the development, optimization, and management of enrollment systems, data reporting, and operational processes. This position plays a critical role in supporting the University’s enrollment growth by ensuring CRM functionality, data integrity, process efficiency, and accurate reporting. This role serves as a key operational lead during CRM transitions, implementations, and system enhancements, ensuring alignment between the CRM, Student Information System (SIS), and external partners. JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS Operational Management: Works collaboratively across departments to design, document, and execute admission processes when academic programs are developed or modified. Identifies opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Leads process mapping efforts and develops standard operating procedures to ensure clarity and consistency. CRM Strategy & Implementation: Serve as a primary operational lead for CRM implementation, configuration, testing, and ongoing optimization. Collaborate with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams to support data migration, workflow configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system enhancements. Ensure alignment between CRM, SIS (Banner), and external systems such as Common App, Apply Texas, and other data integration tools. Systems & Data Management: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for enrollment services leadership to support strategic decision-making. Maintain data integrity within the CRM, SIS, and external databases. Monitor data exchanges with external partners and troubleshoot integration errors. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and data governance standards. Change Management & Training: Support organizational change efforts related to system transitions and process updates. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for admissions and enrollment of staff. Provide ongoing support to end users to maximize CRM adoption and effectiveness. Vendor & Partnership Coordination: Serve as a liaison between Enrollment Services and technology vendors. Coordinate communications related to system updates, integrations, and project timelines. Review communications, publications, and web content to ensure alignment with admissions policies and system functionality. Communication & Collaboration: Collaborate with university offices including Admissions, Student Central, Financial Aid, Marketing, Partnerships, and IT to ensure coordinated communication strategies and seamless operational processes. All other duties as assigned REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES & PRINCIPLES Bachelor’s Degree required At least 3–5 years of experience in Enrollment Management, higher education operations, CRM administration, or related field Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce-based platforms preferred) and Student Information Systems Experience supporting CRM implementation, system configuration, data migration, or major system transitions strongly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of the admissions lifecycle including recruitment strategies, admissions review cycle, application processing, and yield management Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into system workflows Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to produce data-driven insights and recommendations Experience developing reports and dashboards using CRM or reporting tools Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and end users throughout project lifecycles Ability to gain a broad understanding of university functions and use this perspective to align operational processes with institutional strategy Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines Excellent analytical, writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as a member of a collaborative team Ability to articulate and model the Concordia University Texas mission, vision, and values Commitment to encouraging and supporting diversity, inclusion, and equity as a key component of becoming the premier university where the adventure of faith, learning, and life-changing experiences leads to meaningful work All CTX positions require mission-driven individuals who have a heart for the Gospel and are committed to the Concordia Distinctive, our faith-based mission of empowering students from all backgrounds to lead lives of critical thought, compassionate action, and courageous leadership. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Enrollment Management, higher education operations, CRM administration, or related field
