About The Position

As a key leader within our Enrollment Department, the Enrollment Manager oversees and develops a high-performing team of Enrollment Advisors who serve as trusted partners to students and families throughout the enrollment lifecycle. This role blends compassionate leadership, operational excellence, and data-driven strategy to drive engagement, retention, and re-enrollment outcomes. The Enrollment Manager plays a critical role in shaping the student and family experience while directly impacting long-term school growth. This position partners cross-functionally with department leaders to execute strategic enrollment initiatives and continuously improve systems, workflows, and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
  • Proven leadership experience in admissions, enrollment management, or retention sales
  • Experience leading and developing teams to achieve performance goals
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (G-Suite), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Student Information Systems (SIS)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Strong analytical, interpretive, evaluative, and constructive thinking skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enrollment Advisors supporting families from admission through enrollment and re-enrollment.
  • Drive re-enrollment growth by implementing effective, relationship-centered sales and retention strategies aligned with the school’s strategic plan.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, workflows, and accountability measures tied to enrollment, retention, and service-level goals.
  • Monitor team and individual KPIs, including re-enrollment conversions, outreach activity, responsiveness, and CRM data quality.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews using data to guide coaching conversations, recognize success, and close performance gaps.
  • Provide consistent feedback and professional development support to ensure high-quality family and student experiences.
  • Handle and resolve escalated or complex family concerns with professionalism, discretion, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate targeted email, phone, and SMS outreach campaigns to improve engagement, advance re-enrollment opportunities, and increase pipeline conversion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with academic, operations, and leadership teams to support strategic enrollment initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support school growth and operational excellence.
