About The Position

This is a remote position. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Enrollment Support Representative to assist families throughout the enrollment process. This role serves as a primary point of contact for prospective and current families, providing information, processing enrollment documentation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for students.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of customer service, admissions, enrollment, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist families with enrollment inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Process enrollment applications and supporting documentation
  • Maintain accurate student and family records
  • Verify registration information and resolve discrepancies
  • Schedule tours, meetings, and enrollment appointments
  • Communicate program information, policies, and requirements
  • Track enrollment status and follow up on outstanding documents
  • Support administrative projects and data management tasks
  • Collaborate with school leadership and teaching staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service to families and community members
