About The Position

GradePower Learning San Antonio is seeking a dynamic and motivated Enrollment & Student Success Coordinator to help students achieve academic success and realize their dreams. This role involves working with students of all ages and their families, providing them with new approaches to learning designed to last a lifetime. The company focuses on teaching students how to learn, concentrate, listen, remember, and believe in themselves. The Enrollment & Success Coordinator will be the heart of the learning community, bridging the gap between a child's current struggles and their future success. This position is ideal for a high-achiever who enjoys the "magic" of education and desires more autonomy and impact than a traditional classroom setting offers. The role requires a growth mindset, digital advocacy skills, strong relationship-building abilities, radical ownership, and a data-inspired approach to tracking progress and refining strategies.

Requirements

  • University Degree required (Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred).
  • Exceptional ability to explain complex learning concepts to parents with clarity and heart.
  • History of hitting goals—whether in a classroom, a non-profit, or a business.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Suite, and social media platforms.
  • Applicants must live in or within a short commute of the San Antonio area.

Nice To Haves

  • Classroom and teaching experience is an asset!
  • You enjoy the challenge of building something from the ground up.
  • You find creative ways to generate interest—from partnering with local PTAs to hosting "Student Win" events—without waiting for a corporate manual.
  • You’re comfortable filming a quick Instagram Reel of a student’s "A-ha!" moment or sharing helpful study tips on Nextdoor.
  • You thrive on genuine connection.
  • You enjoy being the "go-to" expert for parents at a local coffee shop or school event, building trust through empathy and expertise.
  • You are self-directed and comfortable with the "launch phase" of a business.
  • You value your ability to make decisions, solve problems in real-time, and take full ownership of student enrollment and retention.
  • You find satisfaction in seeing progress.
  • Whether it’s tracking a student’s rising test scores or seeing the enrollment board grow, you use data to celebrate your success and refine your strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the "Dynamic Assessment" and consultation process, helping parents understand their child’s learning profile and enrolling them in the right program.
  • Build "boots-on-the-ground" partnerships with Stone Oak schools, sports teams, and local businesses.
  • Manage the daily "rhythm" of the center, including responding to new leads with high speed and care, and maintaining an organized, welcoming environment.
  • Coach a small team of instructors to ensure the GradePower philosophy is executed with warmth and integrity.
  • Lead monthly "Parent Progress Meetings" to ensure every family sees the value and growth their child is experiencing (targeting a 90% retention rate).

Benefits

  • Gain valuable teaching experience!
  • Uncapped Bonus: We believe that when the center thrives, you should too.
  • Career Path: This is a "Founding" role with clear milestones toward Director or District Management roles as we expand.
  • Meaningful Work: Every high-five and every "I got an A!" is a result of the environment you built.
