About The Position

The Enrollment Specialist role at Trading Academy focuses on working with warm, event-generated prospects who have already expressed interest. The primary responsibility is to guide these serious adults through an informed enrollment decision, without the need for cold calling or lead hunting. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in converting high-intent buyers in sectors like financial services, education, real estate, or premium B2C, who thrive in a structured sales process that yields strong results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years B2C sales experience
  • High-ticket, intangible, or consultative sales strongly preferred
  • Proven track record closing warm, inbound, or event-generated leads
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to build trust quickly in a single conversation
  • Coachable — you take feedback, run the process, and refine your approach
  • CRM proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Run structured, consultative enrollment conversations with prospects who attend live Trading Academy events
  • Identify individual goals and recommend the right education pathway
  • Close enrolled students with integrity, focusing on building relationships
  • Manage pipeline and follow-up activity in Salesforce CRM
  • Partner with instructors and operations to deliver a seamless student experience
