About The Position
PACE Enrollment Specialist is a temporary position (approximately 3 months) that is full-time, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. This role will facilitate the enrollment process for seniors into the PACE Program. The position is administratively based out of the Admin Office, but will involve traveling approximately 50% of the work week within San Diego County to complete in-home assessments as part of the enrollment process.
Requirements
- 1 year of relevant experience in health care eligibility, in-home visits, medical verifications, or other similar settings.
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of insurance
Responsibilities
- Facilitate enrollment process for seniors into the PACE Program.
- Complete in-home assessments as part of the enrollment process.
Benefits
