About The Position

The Enrollment Specialist conducts face-to-face and virtual enrollments for consumers receiving financial management services that support self-direction. The role advocates for and promotes self-direction by educating consumers and helping them understand the self-direction model of care. The specialist works with consumers and their circle of support, including families and guardians, and performs outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and service accessibility.

Requirements

• One year of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, including word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.
• Candidates with experience relevant to the position will be considered.

Nice To Haves

• An associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support, including families and guardians, in a timely manner.
• Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommend improvements to internal processes and systems to prevent future issues and enhance the service experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Conduct external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and enhance service accessibility.
