The University of New Mexico’s Continuing Education Department is seeking an Enrollment Services Representative to join our team and assist with the day-to-day operations and transactions in the Registration Office. As an Enrollment Services Representative you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting large volumes of customers and students in person, over the phone, and through email. You are a natural problem solver and can troubleshoot issues while adhering to the policies and guidelines. You enjoy being in a busy, active environment and have an extreme attention to detail. You consider yourself a patient “people person,” enjoy collaborating with team members, and are comfortable interacting with a diverse population. This position requires working in the office full time, as well as having the ability to work remotely as required.
