Under the supervision of a designated supervisor, the Enrollment Services Specialist is responsible for assisting with enrollment, registration, financial aid and recordkeeping procedures in cooperation with faculty and administration at assigned campus. The Enrollment Services Specialist may serve as a lead, assisting with the supervision and training of other front desk staff. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to working effectively with students, employees, and community members of all backgrounds. Bilingual (Spanish/English) or conversational language abilities preferred. This position requires the employee to be a resident of the State of Colorado and perform all work duties within the state. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship. Hiring range = $49,212.80 - $54,683.20 ($23.66 - $26.29 hourly) annual salary depending upon a combination of education and experience. CMC utilizes a wage progression compensation model that accounts for a candidate’s skill and experience. Although a salary range is listed, salary will be set commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications and in compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.
