About The Position

Fletcher Technical Community College is seeking an Enrollment Services Coordinator to join the Enrollment department, specifically within Admissions & Financial Aid. This is an Unclassified - Administrative/Staff position with a salary of $40,000. The role involves maintaining performance standards, providing exceptional customer service, assisting students with enrollment-related inquiries, supporting directors with student records, reviewing reports for errors, managing student documents, assisting with billing and financial aid awards, ensuring data accuracy in the CRM system, and entering admissions documents. The position also requires collaboration with Institutional Research and Effectiveness for data audits, fostering a culture of respect, effective communication, participation in college events and committees, and engaging in professional development. The coordinator will represent the college professionally and adhere to all college policies.

Requirements

  • Ten plus (10+) years experience.
  • An Associate’s Degree with five years experience or a Bachelor’s degree may substitute for ten plus years experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain performance standards and pursue goals, objectives, and activities that promote the mission, vision and value statement of the College.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service by welcoming all guests to Enrollment Services, ascertaining the nature of their visit, and ensuring they reach their desired destination.
  • Assist all students who engage with the Enrollment Services division with Tier 1 questions regarding the enrollment process, registration, billing, bookstore, and general information.
  • Assist all Directors within the Enrollment Management division while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of all student records.
  • Assist with reviewing reports to identify and correct academic and financial aid errors on student accounts.
  • Assist with scanning, organizing, and filing all student documents for Enrollment Services.
  • Assist with billing to the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance (LOSFA).
  • Assist with adding student financial aid awards to accounts.
  • Ensure data accuracy in the Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Enter admissions documents into student accounts.
  • Assist with reviewing student accounts to determine registration and financial aid eligibility.
  • Work with Institutional Research and Effectiveness and Enrollment Services to run internal audits to ensure accuracy of data entry.
  • Foster, demonstrate, and actively participate in a culture of mutual respect for students, guests, and co-workers from all backgrounds, perspectives and abilities.
  • Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and supervisors and utilize appropriate channels of communication within the college community concerning procedures and/or inquiries.
  • Attend and participate in scheduled activities, which include graduation, open house/recruiting events as assigned, convocation, and required meetings.
  • Share ideas and information, and work toward common department and College goals.
  • Serve on college committees as a member or as chair.
  • Serve on search committees.
  • Participate in professional development activities that enhance effectiveness (convocation, LCTC conference, etc.).
  • Represent the college in a manner that promotes a professional and positive image.
  • Adhere to College and LCTC policies.
  • Embrace college culture.
  • Complete all required assignments prior to deadlines (Fletcher/LCTC trainings, etc.).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
