Enrollment Representative
About The Position
This role requires a working knowledge of health insurance enrollment and eligibility practices. The representative will need to be familiar with DMHC regulations, managed care, reimbursement models, payer relationships, and pricing mechanisms. Experience with Microsoft Access, SQL Server, spreadsheet solutions, or FSA file layouts is essential. Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key. The role also demands analytical, negotiation, and project coordination skills. The Enrollment Representative will support open enrollment and annual enrollment readiness with cross-functional teams.
