$150,000 - $215,000

About The Position

Leap is a rapidly growing benefits solutions company and a pioneer in employer specialty pharmacy, aiming to reshape how life-changing therapies are delivered and financed. They focus on reducing costs, improving access, and bringing fairness to therapy pricing for employers. Leap partners with Fortune 500 companies and leading TPAs, demonstrating immediate ROI through lower costs, improved access, and better care. This role is for a Founding Enrollment Marketing Strategist who will be responsible for the enrollment strategy for Leap’s largest and most strategic clients. The position involves collaborating with various teams to develop and execute client-specific strategies that enhance member engagement and drive enrollment, potentially through communications, targeting, employer channels, incentives, benefit design, or adjustments to the member journey. The ideal candidate should thrive in a high-growth setting, possess strong strategic and analytical skills with a bias for execution, and be eager to build from the ground up. This is a senior individual contributor role with the potential to establish and lead the Enrollment Marketing function and team in the future.

Requirements

  • Exceptional strategic and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take a complicated growth problem, identify key variables, analyze data, and develop a clear point of view on next steps.
  • Comfort being accountable for outcomes without an obvious playbook.
  • 6+ years of experience in enrollment marketing, growth, lifecycle marketing, consumer strategy, client marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience driving consumer engagement through programs designed to influence consumer behavior, with measurable improvements.
  • Experience working directly with large enterprise customers or similarly complex stakeholders.
  • Ability to move from analysis to recommendation to client buy-in.
  • Commercial orientation, understanding that enrollment drives member impact, client ROI, and Leap’s financial performance.
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives based on opportunity size and be accountable for results.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels, developing major client strategies and diving into campaign details, data analysis, presentations, or implementation issues.
  • Cross-functional leadership skills, including leading complex work across teams that do not report directly, creating clarity, establishing priorities, maintaining momentum, and escalating blockers.
  • Builder mentality, excited to join before the function is fully defined and to create playbooks, processes, and a team.
  • Excited to be a senior individual contributor today and to build an exceptional Enrollment Marketing organization over time.

Responsibilities

  • Own enrollment strategy for Leap’s largest clients, serving as the enrollment marketing lead for a portfolio of large, strategically important employer and health plan clients.
  • Build the awareness, engagement, and activation strategy for each account, and own the enrollment forecast and results across the book of business.
  • Diagnose barriers to member engagement by analyzing client, member, and funnel data to identify performance breakdowns and develop focused plans to address them.
  • Develop client-specific activation plans, determining the optimal mix of communications, targeting, employer channels, incentives, benefit design, executive sponsorship, and member experience interventions.
  • Run bespoke pilots at client accounts and feed successful strategies back to the Lifecycle team for potential scaling.
  • Influence clients to adopt strategies that drive results by partnering closely with Client Success and directly with client stakeholders, building analytical and strategic cases for change, and assisting clients with internal processes.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional execution by working across Member Activation & Lifecycle Growth, Marketing Operations, Data, Design, Product, Clinical Operations, and Client Success teams.
  • Build Leap’s Enrollment Marketing function by creating the operating model, measurement frameworks, processes, tools, and client segmentation approach.
  • Determine future hiring needs for enrollment strategists and build the team.
