Western Connecticut State University (WCSU) is seeking applications for a CSCU Administrative Assistant in the Office of Enrollment Management. The Division of Enrollment Management provides strategic leadership for the university’s enrollment, recruitment, retention, and student access initiatives. This division supports the institution’s mission by developing and implementing comprehensive enrollment strategies that promote student success and institutional sustainability. The CSCU Administrative Assistant will provide confidential administrative support to the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management and Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Division of Enrollment Management. This role is a key administrative resource, assisting with communications, schedule and project management, supporting enrollment initiatives, maintaining records, and facilitating daily office operations. The position requires regular interaction with students, families, faculty, staff, and external partners, demanding a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service.
