The Enrollment Liaison serves as the primary point of contact within the community for enrollment assistance. This role involves helping community members complete applications for descendants and missed enrollees, explaining eligibility requirements and necessary verification documents, and providing clear, respectful assistance to shareholders, descendants, and their families. The liaison will also support Elders and individuals needing extra help with applications. Responsibilities include reviewing applications for completeness, verifying submitted documentation against enrollment requirements, notifying applicants of any missing or additional documentation needed, and guiding them on how to obtain required records. The liaison will ensure applications and supporting documents are organized and submitted correctly, assist with scanning and uploading materials, and securely handle and return original documents to applicants. This role requires close coordination with the Corporate Enrollment Team, assisting with follow-up requests, locating and communicating with applicants, providing status updates, and resolving incomplete applications. Maintaining accurate records of applicant interactions and application status is crucial. Additionally, the liaison will promote awareness of enrollment opportunities within the community, encourage timely application submission, and assist with special enrollment projects and outreach activities. Strict confidentiality of all applicant and shareholder information must be maintained, and all records handled in accordance with BSNC policies and procedures.
