About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Enrollment & Credentialing Specialist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in medical credentialing, a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards, and be proficient with credentialing software and Microsoft Office Suite. This role plays a key part in ensuring providers are properly credentialed and compliant with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Proven experience in medical enrollment or credentialing within a healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
Proficient in using credentialing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and follow-up abilities.

Responsibilities

Support the full credentialing lifecycle for providers, including primary source verification, application processing, and re-credentialing.
Maintain accurate provider records and documentation in credentialing systems.
Monitor and apply relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards to credentialing processes.
Coordinate with internal teams and external organizations to obtain necessary documentation and resolve issues.
Prepare and submit credentialing materials to payers and credentialing committees as required.
Track expiration dates for certifications, licenses, and credentials; initiate timely renewals and follow-up.
