Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, such as admissions, enrollment, or customer service.
  • Experience with data entry and basic database management.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn Salesforce.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service to program participants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate program applications to assess candidate suitability.
  • Implement established assessment processes to accurately evaluate participant qualifications according to predetermined criteria.
  • Maintain accurate participant records by entering assessment data and other relevant information into Salesforce or similar systems.
  • Facilitate program orientations to familiarize participants with program expectations, resources, and support services.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the enrollment process, offering feedback and assistance as needed.
  • Navigate participants through the enrollment funnel in Salesforce, triggering appropriate communication regarding acceptance or rejection status.
