About The Position

Optima Medical is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to guide new and existing patients through enrollment in its care management programs. The role focuses on helping eligible patients understand and join preventative care programs, supporting a smooth onboarding process, and maintaining accurate documentation. The position is described as work from home. Optima Medical is an Arizona-based medical group with 34 locations and more than 150 medical providers, serving over 200,000 patients across Arizona and Nevada. Its services include primary care, cardiovascular health, behavioral health, allergy testing and immunotherapy, in-house lab testing, imaging, chronic disease management, and other specialty health services.
