Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years’ experience working in related field can substitute for degree.
• Two years’ experience in marketing or sales experience in a healthcare, insurance or similar environment.
• Ability to travel on day trips to local healthcare institutions, agencies, health fairs.
• If using personal vehicle to travel, valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance is required.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of one year working in senior healthcare is preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtains initial participant information relating to Program for All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly (PACE) admissions.
• Coordinates PACE intake processes.
• Provides information and referrals to community agencies about ICHS PACE as appropriate.
• Through targeted measurable marketing efforts, coordinates all PACE marketing efforts.
• Promotes the ICHS Healthy Aging and Wellness Program in the community to potential participants and other agencies.
