This is a fully on-site, member-facing role bilinguel role based at the Culinary Health Fund Customer Service Office (1901 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Las Vegas, Nevada). In this position, you will serve as a key resource for members, supporting in-person transactions, eligibility and enrollment inquiries, and premium-related matters while delivering a high-quality service experience. You will work closely with internal teams—including Customer Service, IT, and Accounts Payable—to resolve issues, ensure data accuracy, and support timely, effective service for members. This is a bargaining unit position represented by POPA.
