About The Position

At Paul Mitchell The School in Sacramento, we are searching for a driven and dynamic professional to join us as a full-time Enrollment and Admissions Advisor. This role involves actively attracting new enrollments through various events and outreach methods, managing prospective student leads, conducting interviews and tours, and providing career advising. The advisor will also collaborate with the Financial Aid Team and motivate the Admissions Team, serving as a role model for the school's creative culture.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in business-to-consumer sales
Sales ability in a consultative, mentoring model
High proficiency with computer technology, including social media, presentation software, and business applications
Effective organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership ability
Reliable and punctual
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays
Proactive, positive, energetic go-getter with a passion for promoting the school

A bachelor's degree is a plus

Responsibilities

Actively attract new enrollments through career fairs, open houses, community expos, high school and salon networking, and a variety of events.
Systematically organize and manage prospective student leads using a CRM system.
Follow up with potential students through phone calls, emails, text messages, social media, and US mail.
Conduct engaging tours and screening interviews.
Utilize social media and online tools to reach new audiences.
Ensure all application paperwork is completed promptly.
Collaborate with the Financial Aid Team to help qualified applicants find financing solutions.
Offer career advising and motivational counseling to prospective, current, and graduating students.
Motivate and manage the Admissions Team.
Serve as a positive and energetic role model for the school's creative culture.
