The Enrollment and Administrative Support Specialist will assist individuals and families with enrolling in Covered California (CA) health plans prior to, and during the 2026 - 2027 Open Enrollment period. In this role, they will be responsible for providing information on health insurance plans, coverage options, premiums, and health coverage benefits; and inputting accurate individual and family information for determining eligibility for tax credits and subsidies. Beyond Covered CA enrollment duties, they may also qualify leads for other Hively programs via telephone and email follow-up, support our CalFresh and Brilliant Baby application assistance programs, and provide backup front desk support for our Family Resource Centers, located in Pleasanton and Oakland.
