About The Position
A growing accounting firm in Naples, Florida is seeking an experienced Enrolled Agent (EA) / Tax Preparer to join its in-office team. This role focuses on complex individual, trust, and business tax return preparation with year-round client engagement.
Requirements
- Active EA/CPA credential in good standing
- 3+ years of tax preparation experience
- Experience with Drake, UltraTax, or similar software
Nice To Haves
- QuickBooks knowledge preferred
- Trust/estate experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, and 1065 returns
- Support tax planning, compliance, and IRS correspondence
- Collaborate with fiduciaries, attorneys, and financial advisors
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely filings
