About The Position

Instruction for infants through 6th grade This is a Full-Time position 30-32 hours a week At Phoenix Ranch School, our educators brighten children’s lives every day while creating a bright future for themselves. As a Enrichment Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum in music, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress. Our music teacher conducts after school band and choir with elementary students, along with an annual winter program for the whole school We also help our employees build great careers. Requirements

College Degree Preferred
Experience In Music instruction
The ability to play an instrument(s)
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum in music
Plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
Assess and documenting your student's progress
Conducts after school band and choir with elementary students
Directs an annual winter program for the whole school
Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children’s development and growth
Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
Monitor children’s progress and development
Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day
Will be responsible for afterschool band and choir, directs school performances throughout the year.
