Provide instruction and training for students in specific skill areas as needed for enrichment programs or activities. This role involves teaching specific enrichment skills, including preparation of activity outlines or lesson plans as directed by the program supervisor. Depending on program needs, an Enrichment Skills Trainer may be hired for one specific activity occurring regularly throughout the fiscal year, such as chess, robotics, STEM activities, gardening, or sports/recreational programs. The trainer will also prepare and provide a list of necessary supplies, materials, or equipment to the program supervisor, and provide logistical support or participate in program workshops, professional development, planning meetings, and family activities as requested. Collaboration with other program staff and the supervisor is essential to ensure a safe environment for children, and all district policies and procedures must be followed. Other duties as assigned.
