The primary focus of this position is to provide Galapagos Rockford scholars with a rich tapestry of experiential programming. This programming will take place as after school programming, summer opportunities (Project Passport), Galapagos on Broadway programs, special trips/events. Enrichment programming and related activities will take up 85% of the individual's time and energy. The remaining 15% will be involved in special projects involving alumni and parents. This position requires the Enrichment Manager to chaperone scholars on multiple trips out of state and at least one trip out of country each year. Most of the trips will occur in the summer. The Enrichment Manager will work and travel between our two campuses. The hours for this position will not be typical school hours; a later start and end time, occasional weekend hours, and supervision of special events should be expected. This is a year-round position.
