About The Position
AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment. As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful after school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. We're looking for an early learning professional who enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment, takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely, and is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- CPR and First Aid certification required within 30 days of employment
- Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
- Age 18+
- Some experience working with elementary-aged kids

Responsibilities
- Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)
- Make child safety the top priority at all times
- Keep the space clean and organized
- Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
- Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff
