As a Enrichment Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum in our Endeavor + Enrichments, Sports, Dance, and Art, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress. Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent, Required
1+ year of experience in similar role
Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.

Nice To Haves

Love working with children
Experience working in schools is not required, as candidates from customer service, healthcare, retail, and other fields may be qualified.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum in our Endeavor + Enrichments, Sports, Dance, and Art
Plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
Assess and documenting your student's progress
Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children’s development and growth
Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
Monitor children’s progress and development
Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day
