The Landscape Enhancement Manager is responsible for selling, scoping, and delivering landscape enhancement projects for existing commercial clients. This role focuses on identifying site improvement opportunities, developing enhancement solutions, and managing enhancement work through installation to completion. The Landscape Enhancement Manager partners closely with Account Managers to convert client needs into enhancement sales, with Field Operations leadership to ensure projects are executed safely and efficiently, and with the Branch Manager to support profitability and growth goals. This position plays a critical role in expanding revenue while improving the long‑term value and appearance of client properties.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial landscaping, enhancements, construction, or a related green industry field.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape materials, installation methods, and enhancement project scopes.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Aspire is strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record over the past three years, in compliance with company policy; ability to travel extensively within the market.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer‑facing skills.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Maintains the physical capability necessary to perform job responsibilities in the field.
  • Demonstrates reliability, responsiveness, and a collaborative, growth‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure site and team safety by maintaining a clean, operational vehicle, identifying hazards, and promoting safety awareness in alignment with Visterra safety initiatives.
  • Identify enhancement opportunities within existing client portfolios by conducting site walks, assessments, and proactive outreach.
  • Develop enhancement solutions that align with client goals, property needs, and Full Care standards.
  • Prepare accurate enhancement proposals, pricing, and scopes of work using Aspire and related tools.
  • Coordinate enhancement project scheduling and execution in partnership with Field Operations and Superintendents.
  • Oversee enhancement projects from sale through completion, ensuring quality, scope adherence, and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate proactively with clients throughout the enhancement lifecycle, setting expectations and providing updates.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to support renewal conversations and long‑term account growth through site improvements.
  • Support enhancement profitability by delivering projects at or above established gross margin expectations (typically 50–60%).
  • Represent Full Care professionally in the field and maintain awareness of industry trends related to enhancement services.
