About The Position
Russell Landscape is seeking skilled, motivated, and outdoors-loving crew members to join their commercial enhancement and hardscape team. This is an opportunity to grow with a top-tier landscaping company that values quality and teamwork.
Requirements
- Comfortable using landscape tools and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and solid work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of landscape or hardscape experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work on commercial enhancement and hardscape projects
- Install and maintain landscaping features—mulch, plants, stonework, seasonal color, etc.
- Use mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools with care and skill
- Support grading, planting, drainage, and basic masonry tasks as needed
- Help load/unload equipment and maintain tools daily
- Follow Crew Leader instructions and ensure every job site is clean and safe
- Take pride in creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces
