Job Overview The Enhancement Crew Member will be working under the direction of the Crew Leader to complete labor tasks including bed and lawn preparations, plant installations and removals, mulching, sod installation and more. This person will also assist with any pruning tasks needed during their shift.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in landscape construction
Installation and care of tree and shrubs
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Good physical condition with an ability to lift 40 lbs
Team player with high attention to detail
Custom service oriented with strong communication skills is a must

Nice To Haves

General landscape masonry skills a plus!
Massachusetts hydraulics license a plus!
Basic irrigation knowledge is helpful

Responsibilities

Complete labor tasks including bed and lawn preparations, plant installations and removals, mulching, sod installation and more.
Assist with any pruning tasks needed during their shift.
