About The Position

The Enhancement Crew Member is responsible for various seasonal maintenance projects based on the seasonality of the industry. This role involves conducting seasonal maintenance projects including spring and fall cleanup, personal gardening, commercial care, exterior maintenance, and seasonal color and containers. The primary focus will be on performing personal gardening and exterior maintenance, such as weeding, watering, pruning, planting, transplanting, or relocating. The position requires adherence to safety and technical standards, performing equipment maintenance, and working flexible hours in all weather conditions to accommodate the seasonal nature of the industry. Additionally, the role involves complying with applicable laws, ensuring work meets industry and company standards, upholding company values, and performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Iowa driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must have valid First-Aid and CPR cards or be willing to obtain one
• Must be professional in appearance and actions
• Must be well organized with the ability to multi-task
• If no prior experience, the willingness and self motivation to learn
• Ability to reach, climb, kneel, lift (up to 50 lbs.) and walk for extended periods of time
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to read and complete daily paperwork
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees and vendors

Responsibilities

• Conduct seasonal maintenance projects including spring and fall cleanup, personal gardening, commercial care, exterior maintenance, seasonal color and containers
• Perform personal gardening and exterior maintenance, including weeding, watering, pruning, planting, transplanting or relocating
• Follow safety and technical standards
• Perform equipment maintenance
• Work flexible hours in all weather conditions to accommodate the seasonality of the industry
• Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards

• Perform other duties as related or assigned in all service areas of Wright Outdoor Solutions
