Our teams of site specialists, expert masons, and experienced horticulture crews work with our managers and estimators to deliver amazing projects. Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Enhancement Crew Leader to join our team. Candidates must be able to lead a crew of 1-4 people in all areas of landscape construction.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape construction
• Team player with high attention to detail
• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills is a must
• Proven leadership skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Good physical condition with an ability to lift 40 lbs

Nice To Haves

• General landscape masonry skills a plus!
• Basic irrigation knowledge is helpful
• Massachusetts hydraulics license a plus!

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 1-4 people in all areas of landscape construction.
• Installation and care of tree and shrubs.
• Accurate and timely paperwork.
