About The Position
Four Peaks Landscape Management specializes in delivering comprehensive landscaping solutions for large-scale homeowners' associations and master-planned communities across the Phoenix metro area. Our services are designed to ensure your community's outdoor spaces are not only beautiful but also sustainable and functional year-round. We’re looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team. This role focuses on installing landscape upgrades, including plants, decorative rock, irrigation adjustments, and other enhancements for residential and commercial properties.
Requirements
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, dirt, dust).
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
- Ability to take direction and work well in a team.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of landscape or construction experience preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install landscape materials: plants, trees, shrubs, decorative rock, etc.
- Perform basic irrigation modifications or assist with install crews.
- Operate small landscape equipment and hand tools safely.
- Maintain clean and professional job sites during and after work.
- Follow project plans, layouts, and instructions from the crew leader or supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and to quality standards.
