About The Position

Santa Rita Landscaping has been in business in the Tucson area for over 38 years and now have a location in Mesa. We have built an excellent reputation based on high standards, excellent customer service and expertise doing this “The Santa Rita Way” by empowering our employees. We’re looking for a motivated and reliable individuals to join our team. This role focuses on installing landscape upgrades, including plants, decorative rock, irrigation adjustments, and other enhancements for residential and commercial properties.

Requirements

Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, dirt, dust).
skid steer experience
irrigation experience
able to identify plants
able to manage a crew
Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
Ability to take direction and work well in a team.

Nice To Haves

1+ year of landscape or construction experience preferred, but not required.
able to use a transit(laser level) to set grade properly, preferred but not required.
Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

Install landscape materials: plants, trees, shrubs, decorative rock, etc.
Perform basic irrigation modifications or assist with install crews.
Operate small landscape equipment and hand tools safely.
Maintain clean and professional job sites during and after work.
Follow project plans, layouts, and instructions from the crew leader or supervisor.
Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
Ensure jobs are completed on time and to quality standards.
Must be able to read blueprints
