About The Position

We're looking for a hands-on Construction Foreman who enjoys leading crews, driving production, and delivering high-quality commercial construction projects. This individual will oversee daily field operations while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. The ideal candidate has a strong construction background, understands underground utility and mechanical installation work, and takes pride in developing productive crews while maintaining exceptional workmanship.

Requirements

5+ years of commercial construction experience.
Previous Foreman or field leadership experience.
Experience with public works, underground utilities, civil construction, water mains, trenching, or utility installation.
Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints.
Experience operating around heavy equipment and coordinating field crews.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced commercial construction environments.

Nice To Haves

OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead daily field operations on commercial construction projects.
Supervise field personnel and coordinate subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
Review blueprints, drawings, and project specifications before work begins.
Coordinate trenching, excavation, underground utilities, piping, and installation activities.
Monitor daily production and adjust manpower as project demands change.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and project schedules.
Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.
Work closely with Project Managers regarding manpower, scheduling, material needs, and project progress.
Maintain accurate field reports and daily documentation.
Resolve field issues while keeping projects moving efficiently.
