About The Position

This is an Enhanced Services position requiring a qualified professional who can provide active, hands-on support throughout the day. You will work as part of a 2:1 staffing team, helping to create meaningful experiences both at home and in the community. This is not a passive support role. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting, engaging, teaching, encouraging participation, and helping make each day enjoyable and successful. The successful candidate will be comfortable providing personal care, supporting daily routines, collecting data as needed, and following established behavioral support strategies. At times, support may include helping Christopher settle and rest during scheduled downtime, assisting with toileting and diaper changes, cleaning up after activities, and working through challenging situations with patience and professionalism. Christopher can experience periods of self-injurious or aggressive behavior. Comprehensive training, support, and ongoing coaching will be provided to help staff respond safely and effectively. We are seeking someone who remains calm, consistent, and compassionate while working as part of a collaborative team.
